Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know when your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - BRISBANE ONLY

Store pickup is available from Oxley, 4075 during limited hours. After your order is packed, an email will be sent with the pickup details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RATES ESTIMATES:  

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Australia Post or a direct courier. Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3-10 business days of dispatch. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using an international courier. Orders to New Zealand are generally delivered within 4-11 business days of dispatch. All other international orders are generally delivered within 10-30 business days of dispatch. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to purchase.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at welcome@okaeri.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
