Our dispatch time during December is 1–2 business days, but shipping carriers become significantly busier. Please place your order on or before the dates below to ensure pre-Christmas delivery.

1. Order Early, Especially for Handmade Pieces
Some of our most popular items — such as small-batch ceramics, matcha tools, and handmade incense — can sell out quickly. Ordering early ensures you secure the piece you love.
2. Double-check your address
Shipping delays commonly happen when addresses are missing unit numbers or contain small errors. A quick check helps your parcel travel smoothly.
3. Consider Express for Peace of Mind
Express doesn’t just arrive faster — it also receives priority handling by most carriers during peak season.
4. Include a mobile contact number
Avoid any chance of misdeliveries by including a contact number on your order. We will attach your number to the delivery so the carrier can contact you upon delivery.
What if I miss the cut-off dates?
We’ll continue dispatching orders right up until Christmas, but orders placed after the recommended dates may arrive after the 25th. If you miss the cut-off, we all offer digital gift cards that always arrive on time!
